Alkes Research became a participant in the UN Global Compact
Alkes Research has become the first Financial Institution in Uzbekistan to become a participant in the United Nations Global Compact.
UN Global Compact is the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative with 20,000 participants across 160 countries.
UN Global Compact aims to mobilise a global movement of sustainable companies and stakeholders.
To make this happen, the UNGC supports companies to:
- Do business responsibly by aligning their strategies and operations with Ten Principles on human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption;
- Take strategic actions to advance broader societal goals, such as the UN Sustainable Development Goals, with an emphasis on collaboration and innovation.
Alkes Research recognizes the social and environmental impact of the investment service providers and strives to create value that is consistent with and conducive to the successful implementation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
